SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the GCC, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each coaster set is carefully packed in its keepsake box to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Delivery typically takes:
- UAE: 1 business day
- Other GCC countries: 3–7 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Courier Cut-off Times
- Next Day Delivery cut-off time is 3:30 PM.
- Sameday (Quiqup) cut-off time is 12:00 PM.
- Sameday (Refrigerated) cut-off time is 9:00 AM.
Courier Delivery Timing
- Next Day Delivery: courier delivery times are between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Sameday Delivery: courier delivery times are between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your coaster set arrives damaged or you believe it was lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@editionsbykt.com so we can resolve the issue.
Customs & Import Charges
For deliveries outside the UAE, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
